These terms govern your use of StreakPrep, operated by STREAKPREP (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-28-0226716), a micro enterprise registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. By registering an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What StreakPrep is

StreakPrep delivers 5 daily NCERT-aligned multiple-choice questions for students in Classes 6–10, accessible on the website and via WhatsApp. Questions are generated and reviewed against official NCERT textbooks; they are a study aid, not a substitute for classroom teaching or official exam material.

2. Who can register

An account can only be created by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old, registering on behalf of one or more students. The registering adult is responsible for the account, the WhatsApp number used, and the PIN.

3. Your account

Keep your WhatsApp number and 4-digit PIN confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately and reset your PIN from the account page.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts get 7 days free, starting the day you register. No card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan: ₹99/month (1 subject), ₹199/month (3 subjects), or ₹249/month (5 subjects).
• You can change your subjects or cancel anytime from your account page. We don't lock you into a fixed term.
• Payments, once billing is live, are processed by Razorpay under their own terms.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Share your PIN or account with people outside your household
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute question content in bulk
• Attempt to disrupt the service, WhatsApp delivery, or other users' access
• Use the service for anything unlawful under Indian law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

6. Content and accuracy

All questions are sourced from and grounded in official NCERT textbooks, generated and reviewed with a mix of automated and manual checks. We work hard to keep content accurate, but as with any AI-assisted content pipeline, occasional errors are possible — if you spot one, use the "Flag" button on the question or email us, and we'll review it.

7. Intellectual property

The StreakPrep name, app, and question bank (including how questions are written, structured, and delivered) belong to StreakPrep. Underlying syllabus content is sourced from NCERT textbooks published by the National Council of Educational Research and Training. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service — not to resell or redistribute it.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

StreakPrep is provided "as is," as a supplementary study tool. We don't guarantee specific exam results or outcomes. To the extent permitted by Indian law, StreakPrep is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service; our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

You can stop using StreakPrep and delete your account anytime from the account page or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
